The Greek Breakfast is a program of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (HCH), which was designed and has been implemented systematically since 2010 with main target the enrichment of the breakfast offered in Greek hotels with pure and unique products from the Greek land, as well as local traditional dishes of each region of Greece. 
The Alexander Beach Hotel & Spa is one of the first hotels in Greece that registered in the Greek Breakfast program of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
In the framework of the certification for Greek Breakfast by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, all recipes are local and traditional according to the model of Greek Breakfast of Thrace, with raw materials that come from the local production and selected with strict criteria.
